Resources

This page goes beyond the book. You’ll find articles I’ve written, a private Facebook group for men on this road, the Prayer Challenge download, and a Spotify playlist for the quiet moments. These aren’t extras — they’re tools that helped me rebuild. Take what helps. Come back when you need it. Keep walking.

Facebook Group

This private Facebook group is a space for those who are walking through divorce and rebuilding their lives. It’s small right now — and that’s okay. Smaller means real conversations, not noise.

I’m in there personally. Not as an expert talking down, but as a man who’s lived it. I’ll be engaging, sharing, and walking alongside you. If you’re looking for steady support rather than surface-level advice, this is a good place to start.

Prayer Challenge

The Prayer Challenge comes from the final chapter of the book. It was born out of a season when I didn’t have polished words or big faith — I just had consistency. This isn’t about sounding spiritual. It’s about showing up daily, even when you feel numb, angry, or unsure what you believe.

I’ve included a downloadable Word document you can use as a simple template. Print it. Edit it. Make it your own. The power isn’t in the format — it’s in the daily decision to keep turning your heart toward God, one honest prayer at a time.

Articles

These articles go deeper into the issues most men don’t talk about out loud — divorce, identity, dating again, remarriage, fatherhood, faith, anger, loneliness, and rebuilding when everything feels unstable. I wrote each one from lived experience, not theory. Some will challenge you. Some will encourage you. All of them are here to give you perspective and practical footing as you keep moving forward.

Spotify Playlist

This Spotify playlist is a collection of prayer-centered songs that carried me through some long nights. Not hype music. Not surface-level inspiration. Just songs that help you slow down, breathe, and refocus when your thoughts won’t settle. Use it in the car. On a walk. Late at night when the house is quiet. Let the lyrics pray for you when you don’t have the words.
